Our Process

01. Needs Analysis

First, we assess your current IT environment, business goals, and future aspirations, identifying unique requirements and opportunities. We then conduct a Current State Assessment, auditing all existing hardware, software, network, servers, storage, and cloud environments, assessing performance and capacity. This includes inventorying applications, analysing networks, reviewing security posture, and checking software licences for optimisation. For Business Objective Alignment, we interview stakeholders to define future IT requirements like performance, scalability, security, and budget, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Finally, a Gap Analysis & Risk Assessment pinpoints discrepancies and vulnerabilities. This leads to a Feasibility Study & Technology Exploration, evaluating solutions and providing initial cost estimates.

02. Solution Design

Here, we develop Conceptual Design, outlining blueprints and proposing key technology stacks. This leads to Detailed Technical Design, specifying hardware, Network Topology, Server & OS Configuration, and Storage Architecture (SAN/NAS, backup). We design Virtualization/Containerization, Cloud Architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS integration, security, cost optimisation), and comprehensive Security Design. A detailed Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan is created, alongside a Monitoring & Management Framework. Scalability & Performance Planning forecasts growth and ensures optimal resource use. Finally, we perform Cost Optimisation & ROI Analysis and develop a comprehensive Implementation Plan.

03. Implementation

This phase involves hands-on deployment and configuration of the designed infrastructure, strictly following best practices. We handle Procurement & Staging, pre-configuring equipment off-site. Our team performs Physical Installation & Cabling of all hardware. Next is Operating System & Software Installation, including OS hardening and core services. We then manage Network Configuration (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VLANs, VPNs, security policies). We conduct Storage Configuration (arrays, LUNs, replication) and Cloud Resource Provisioning (accounts, virtual networks, managed services). Security Control Deployment implements firewalls, IDPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, access controls, MFA, and encryption. We then set up Monitoring & Alerting. The phase concludes with Initial Testing & Quality Assurance for verification.

04. Migration

We proceed to focus on the secure, efficient transfer of data and applications to the new infrastructure, minimising downtime and ensuring data integrity. We develop a Migration Strategy, defining the approach, identifying critical assets, and planning the cutover with rollback. This includes Data Preparation & Cleansing for efficient transfer.Data Migration Execution uses tools for secure, incremental transfer, ensuring integrity. Concurrently, Application Migration & Testing involves moving and thoroughly testing applications, including UAT. We handle User Account & Access Migration and orchestrate DNS & Network Cutover to redirect traffic. The phase concludes with Post-Migration Validation, verifying all services post-cutover.
