Suffix Solutions Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) protects the personal data of everyone we interact with, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

To deliver our services, respond to enquiries, communicate with your consent, improve our offerings, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

Contract performance, legal compliance, your consent, or our legitimate business interests.

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers (under data processing agreements), regulators when legally required, or professional advisors bound by confidentiality.

Data is kept only as long as necessary, per our internal Retention Schedule, reviewed annually.

Access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent anytime; contact privacy@suffixsolutions.com.

 Used to improve your website experience; manageable via browser settings, except essential cookies.

 Protected under our ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified Information Security Management System.

Using our services means you agree to these Terms. If not, please don’t use them.

Enterprise tech;  infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, collaboration, licensing advisory, IT outsourcing, and software development. Scope is defined per Statement of Work/Service Agreement.

Provide accurate info, ensure proper authorisation for systems/data accessed, comply with applicable laws, pay invoices on time, and report security incidents promptly.

 Pre-existing IP stays with its original owner. Client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Suffix Solutions retains rights to its own tools, methods, and know-how.

Both parties keep sensitive information confidential;  obligation lasts 3 years post-termination unless stated otherwise.

Capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use means acceptance.

We deliver enterprise tech solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, guided by our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; from consultation through long-term support.
